To receive a quote for a custom made project please print out our CUSTOM WORKSHEET, fill it out as completely as possible and fax or mail it to us along with all sketches or helpful information. To purchase stock items you may contact us via e-mail, fax, telephone or mail.

SALES TAX

* We are required to collect state sales tax when shipping to addresses in Massachusetts. The current U.S. flag is NOT subject to sales tax in Massachusetts. Customers are responsible for complying with their state's laws pertaining to the payment of sales and use tax on goods purchased out of state.
SHIPPING
* We usually ship UPS Ground Service. UPS AIR Service or U.S. Mail is available for additional charge.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of shipping to arrange for return or correction. Custom made items are not returnable.
